Biography

Edward Jones Principal Keir Gumbs is Chief Legal Officer, responsible for leading all associates who provide legal support to the firm and for compliance. He joined the firm in 2023 with more than 24 years of experience, having most recently spent the last two years as the Chief Legal Officer for Broadridge Financial Solutions. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing the Legal, Compliance and Physical Security teams.
